* 500 grams of high protein flour
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
* 50 grams of oatmeal
* 3 tablespoons cooking oil
* 2 tablespoons instant yeast
* 325 ml water

How to Cook:

1. Sift flour then mix in salt, sugar, oatmeal, cooking oil, and instant yeast
2. Pour the water while mix it with your hands until smooth and elastic. let stand for 15 minutes dough
3. Rub-iron pan with butter. weigh as heavy as 200 grams of dough
4. Enter  the dough into the oven until cooked to the temperature 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes
